Any Information on ATC at SAV?

I got selected for SAV pending PEPC, academy, etc. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about SAV (Savannah International) and would share their information with me? Does anyone here work or has worked at SAV? Anything you could add would be greatly appreciated.

Basics that I have read:
2 runways
18 hour facility
newly built tower
roughly 300 operations a day

hey man, I did my interview for the non-pepc route I took at SAV and I thought it was a beautiful facility. Everything is pretty new it appears. They have a Gulfstream terminal there and some National Guard units, not sure what level facility it is. Didnt appear too busy, the airfield manager that interviewed me was real nice and I got a good tour. I think if you are going there you will like it, its an up/down TRACON, and the area is real nice. I dont know if your from there, but Savannah is a real nice, southern town with alot of history.

Thanks for the response! I am just trying to learn as much about it as I can. I am from Atlanta so I definitely love the southern town feel with a lot of history that I have seen in Savannah in the few times I have been there. I know it is a level 8 facility and it averages around 300 operations a day. For the sake of comparing it to Hartsfield: ATL averages 2,200 operations a day!
